Envision Health recently collaborated with a new healthcare business intelligence company focused on utilizing real-world data to deliver objective, real-world analytics and evidence for hospitals, life sciences companies and payers. Their proprietary solution leverages a revolutionary longitudinal census population database to help healthcare leaders make more informed formulary decisions that reduce costs and improve quality of care, while their advanced financial analytics platform enables healthcare organizations to manage profitability, boost departmental efficiency and optimize revenues.
Our client was looking to separate from its parent company and undergo a complete brand transformation. They needed not only to ensure their branding was unique and separate from their parent entity but also to position themselves as an analytics leader in an already saturated field.
Solution: The Envision branding process
Envision Health went to work interviewing key executive stakeholders, customers and partners to more deeply understand key pain points and our client’s unique differentiation to come up with the “company story.”
Once we had that information our creative director conceptualized logo mockups, first in black & white, followed by different color palette options that include primary and secondary colors, fonts and standard design elements as part of the brand development process. In addition to reviewing what the company already had and what were the top priorities to create.
Ultimately Envision Health was able to help bring the new healthcare intelligence brand to life through:
- New logo and tagline
- New color palette, images, fonts
- Refreshed messaging / website
- Templates for product briefs, case studies, and pitch deck
- New business cards
- PR initiative announcing new branding, including press release, social media, and targeted media outreach
- Two thought leadership pieces that resulted in lead generation
Within one month of the brand launch, they were accepted to present at HIMSS20, the largest HIT conference in the country and the sales team has already signed on 3-4 initial pilot customers with leading health systems.
