At Envision Health, we’re often too busy working for our clients to take time to trumpet the work we produce. But sometimes we get a reminder to stop and smell the roses, so to speak.

One of our clients, Skedulo, recently won an award from Aspect Marketing and Advertising Awards from Aging Media Network. The Envision Health-led multimedia campaign, entitled “Time, Care & Connection,” won in the Home Healthcare Vendor category.

Skedulo, which offers mobile scheduling technology for large and complex teams, enlisted Envision’s help last year in making a push into the home healthcare market, where it sees a significant opportunity. Demand for home healthcare services is rising, yet the industry struggles with high turnover of mobile caregivers, partly because of issues related to scheduling volatility.

Armed with extensive market research, the Envision Health team started by brainstorming creative concepts for the campaign that spoke to the needs of both home health caregivers and employers, while also distilling Skedulo’s most compelling value propositions. We came up with three themes — Care, Time and Connection — that we used as key message pillars for all subsequent campaign collateral, which included digital ads, landing pages, an email campaign, social media and a webinar (plus an e-book, which was not part of the awards submission).

We created digital ads focused on three simple images: a cello, a bottle of glue and a rocket ship. Our highly credentialed creative designers, who honed their craft at national advertising firms, worked with the client to conform with company brand and style guidelines. Our editorial team came up with copy to match the themes and images and used a CTA of booking a demo with a form to be able to track conversions.

We pulled together these different campaigns through the creation of various landing pages with similar themes to measure conversions, encourage e-book downloads and drive sign-ups for free demonstrations.

The ad campaign kicked off in early December 2021. As of early April, it had generated more than 2.4 million impressions.
